3. Limited Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The project has not yet been started

  • A cancellation request is made within a reasonable time after payment

  • The request is approved by Urban Connect Services


4. Service-Specific Conditions
Website & App Development

No refund will be provided once the design or development process has started.

Hosting & Domain Services

No refund will be provided after activation or purchase.

Training Programs

No refund will be provided once access to course materials or sessions has been granted.


5. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email. Approval of cancellation is at the sole discretion of Urban Connect Services.


6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
