The Client Onboarding Executive helps new startups and businesses begin their journey with Join Digital by coordinating setup processes, collecting requirements, guiding clients, and ensuring smooth onboarding into the startup ecosystem.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and guide new clients after signup

Collect business details and requirements
β
Coordinate with website/design/technical departments
β
Assist clients during onboarding process
β
Ensure documents, branding, and setup details are properly received
β
Maintain onboarding progress reports
β
Help clients understand plan features and workflow
β
Coordinate with internal departments for timely execution
β
Handle onboarding-related support queries
β
Maintain professional client communication via WhatsApp/email
